How to use the glitter paint additive
- Pour the glitter gel into your interior water-based paint, clear varnish or grout.
- Stir thoroughly by hand or with a low-speed mixer. Do not use high-speed mixers, as this can damage the glitter.
- Add more glitter for a stronger shine, less for a subtle shimmer.
- Apply as normal with a brush or roller. Once glitter is added to paint, use it within 24 hours.
The level of shine depends on the type and quality of the paint used. With some paints the sparkle effect may be less visible, so a quick test patch is always a good idea.
