SHIPPING INFO

Parcels are shipped with UPS/DHL and pallets with DB Schenker.

Approximate delivery times:

All orders are ready to ship within 48 business hours after payment is received.

EU: 3-6 working days
Outside EU: 5-14 working days

Note: Due to unexpected events, above time estimations might vary

We send all our products as trackable packages. We kindly ask you to verify the content upon delivery. Should the package or the content be damaged upon arrival please report it to your carrier right away.

CUSTOMS AND SALES TAX/VAT TO THE UK

In the case of shipments of goods with a value in excess of £135, HM Revenue & Customs regulations states that import tax/customs duties applies at the UK border and is borne by the UK buyer. The carrier will contact you in case of any charges. This might delay the delivery. Please be advised that it is your responsibility, as an importer to pay for import tax/customs clearance.

If order value is below £135 then all fees are paid right away when placing an order.

CUSTOMS AND SALES TAX/VAT OUTSIDE EU

For orders outside UE you may have to pay additional TAX and duties in the country of destination. The carrier will contact you in case of any extra charges. This might delay the delivery. Please be advised that it is your responsibility as an importer to pay for these fees.
