Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1. Issuer

This Gift Card is issued by Unicell International, registered at Supraślska 25 16-010 Wasilków, POLAND, VAT ID PL5422503648, email hello@primacol.com, phone 667950839.

2. Gift Card Description

a. The Gift Card is a prepaid voucher available in electronic (e-voucher).

b. The Gift Card may be used to purchase any products available in the online store, unless explicitly excluded.

c. Available values: €50, €100, €150, €200, €300.

3. Purchase and Delivery

a. Gift Cards can be purchased online via our website.

b. Accepted payment methods: card payment, bank transfer.

c. Electronic Gift Cards are delivered automatically to the email address provided during checkout.

d. After purchase, the buyer receives a confirmation email containing the Gift Card code.

4. Validity Period

a. The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

b. Once expired, the Gift Card cannot be redeemed, refunded, or extended.

5. Redemption / Use

a. To redeem the Gift Card, the customer must enter the gift card code in the "Discount code” field at checkout.

b. The card's value will be automatically deducted from the order total.

c. If the order total exceeds the remaining balance, the customer must pay the difference using another accepted payment method.

d. If the balance exceeds the order total, the remaining amount stays on the Gift Card for future use.

e. The Gift Card may be used multiple times until its balance reaches zero.

6. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Right)

a. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an unused Gift Card within 14 days of receiving the Gift Card, without providing a reason.

b. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must submit a clear statement (e.g. by email) informing us of their decision to cancel the purchase.

c. The right of withdrawal applies only if the Gift Card has not been used in any way.

d. Once the withdrawal is accepted, we will refund the full amount paid for the Gift Card within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

e. After the Gift Card is redeemed (even partially), the right of withdrawal expires.

7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

a. Aside from the 14-day withdrawal right described above, Gift Cards cannot be returned for cash, unless required by law.

b. If a purchase made with a Gift Card is returned, the refunded amount will be re-added to the Gift Card balance or issued as a new Gift Card.

8. Exclusions & Restrictions

a. The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.

b. The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash except where legally required.

c. The Gift Card is not a credit card, debit card, or electronic money instrument.

9. Data Protection

Personal data provided during purchase or redemption is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

10. Amendments to the Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions. Any changes will be published on our website. Continued use of the Gift Card constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Poland, and any disputes will be handled by the courts competent for Poland.
